Regina's story is one of courage, change and reinvention

After decades working in women's health, Regina reached a point where the life that had defined her for so long no longer felt like the life she wanted to keep living.

Leaving medicine meant more than changing careers. It meant asking some much bigger questions:

Who am I when I'm no longer defined by what I do?
What matters to me now?
And what do I want the next chapter of my life to look like?

Those questions eventually led Regina into coaching and speaking — and became the foundation of the conversations she now brings to audiences.

She speaks about change, identity, purpose and the decisions that shape what comes next — not from theory alone, but from having had to answer many of those questions herself.

Change doesn't have to mean losing who you are. Sometimes it's how you find your way back to yourself.
